ICYMI: Irish Tech Week 2025 In Review

Irish Tech Week 2025, hosted by Digital Irish in New York City, has concluded its most successful year yet, bringing together founders, investors, and innovation leaders from across Ireland, the United States, and beyond, for two days of collaboration, insight, and inspiration.

Held across Civic Hall and the NYC Hub at Bank of Ireland, this year’s event reflected the growing power of the Irish start-up ecosystem and its deepening transatlantic connections – showcasing the strength and ambition of the Irish Innovation community.

A Platform for Founders Building Globally

Over two days, Irish Tech Week 2025 explored themes ranging from AI and venture capital to marketing, product-market fit, and global scaling, featuring conversations with leading entrepreneurs including Edwina Fitzmaurice (EY), Aidan Kehoe (Nadia Partners), Daire Hickey (150Bond), Ray Nolan (Xsellco), Michaela O’Shaughnessy (Meta), Finn Murphy (Nebular Ventures) and many more who were generous with their time.

The 2025 Irish Tech Week Cohort represented some of the most exciting emerging ventures from Ireland’s innovation landscape, including:

Akara, CergenX, CogniStream, Dyle, EclimAi, EstateMin, Eve Mobility, Frontcover, Frontier AI, Hatched Analytics, Kowroo, Magnate, Net Feasa, Rocket Box, Sports Impact Technologies, STRATxAI, and Zendra Health.

When we launched Digital Irish, it was about connecting a few Irish founders in New York. Today we’re witnessing a global community that thinks bigger, moves faster, and supports each other every step of the way.

Community, Collaboration, and an Evolving Brand

Irish Tech Week 2025 also marked a defining moment for us, with the soft-launch of our new brand identity – a bold, modern expression of a community that continues to evolve and scale.

We believe our rebrand symbolizes how we’re leveling up as a team – expanding our reach, strengthening our partnerships, and amplifying Irish ambition around the world.

That ambition was mirrored by a global network of partners and supporters whose collaboration made Irish Tech Week 2025 possible, including Enterprise Ireland USA, Bank of Ireland, Ebow Digital, Taylor Wessing Ireland, McEntee Law Group, Elkstone, Amvoy Wealth, BDO Ireland, and The Business Post.

We also extend our thanks to Civic Hall for hosting Day 1, The White Hag for hosting Day 1 evening, Bank of Ireland NYC Hub for Day 2, and Ireland House NYC for Day 2 evening.

Special thanks to the Digital Irish team including Feargall Kenny, Gavin McMahon, Sarah Clarke, Gene Murphy, Rachel Quigley, Dave Byrne, Jack Stenson, Tania Sheikh, Liam Grainger, and Marty Loughlin. We also had a fantastic group of volunteers whose effort and support ensured everything ran on time and so seamlessly, both front-of-house and behind the scenes – Aislinn Dunleavy, Reuben Cantwell, Ciara McKeon, Kyle Crean, Ellen McEvoy, and Kaya Jordan Tait. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and support were invaluable throughout the event.

This community opens doors, sparks ideas, and celebrates every win – whether you’re a first-time founder or scaling globally. Irish Tech Week showed the power of what happens when we come together with purpose.”
