Begum is a researcher at Insight Centre for Data Analytics and a lecturer at School of Computer Science and IT, University College Cork.She is also the Ireland Ambassador of Women in AI. She is an advocate for increasing diversity and inclusion in the AI space, and passionate about designing AI solutions that are trustworthy.
