Irish Startup Week 2024 begins next week – October 1st to 3rd – and is the annual flagship event from Digital Irish. ISW2024 connects 30 specially selected startups from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland with investors, and tech leaders from both Ireland and the US, during multiple conference sessions, showcase events, and office hours programming.
“During this week attendees will get to see the incredible contribution Irish people make to the global innovation economy.” said Gavin McMahon, co-founder of Digital Irish. “It demonstrates the strength and support of our community and the Irish diaspora who are willing to give back. So many have reached out to lend a hand, make introductions or support in several ways.”
Irish Startup Week 2024 highlights include:
- Each day of the conference is punctuated with office hours from leading Irish business professionals in New York City including Caroline Wharton (Corraun Advisors), Marty Loughlin (Digital Irish Venture Fund), Orlaith Farrell (150 Bond), Alex Owens (Teladoc Health) and Zoe McElligott (Pernod Ricard).
- Speaker sessions with Mike Hanrahan (investor and repeat founder), Jenny Fielding (Everywhere Ventures), Ian Sigalow (Greycroft), Jacinta Tobin (CRO at LeoLabs) and Nigel Eccles (CEO at BetHog).
