Paul joined Zai in October 2016, having been a customer of the company for several years before. Prior to joining Zai, he founded “Accelerate Success”, to provide mentorship and capital to select high-growth ambitious software companies. He also founded Cadency, a SaaS workflow and finance automation business, in 2011, and grew revenue to circa US$60 million over 4 years prior to selling the business in 2015.
In 2008 he founded Concuity, to provide SaaS-based healthcare services to large scale healthcare providers and, having grown revenue to US$10 million in just over 2 years, sold the business to a public company in 2010. In 1999 as Chief Financial Officer, he took Trintech public via an IPO on NASDAQ and was also a director of the company from 1998 to 2010 and President from 2005 to 2010. He’s a very keen sports fan and golfer, is intellectually curious and totally committed to nurturing young entrepreneurial talent.
